      Pros

      The pay is good if you can make it into management. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals from management, Expected to work off the clock. Labor is cut constantly without warning, causing part time employees lose their hours. If you are not a 110% dedicated to the company dropping whatever, whenever they want done you will be ran out.

      Great pay and great employees

      The upper management is horrible to work with. The bullying lack of training low morale. For a store that's supposed to Be employe owned we know nothing of how much we make or sell. The customer can run over the employees and upper management goes along with that. The language that management uses to the employee needs to stop.

      Easy to get days off, easy to learn the job necessities

      Cons

      Upper management was unprofessional and unhelpful, not many hours, not the greatest pay (I got promised raises--I had worked there for 2 full years-- and never received them, although I had no complaints, had never been written up and my coworkers got them), terrible customers and hard to find coworkers to cover shifts for you
