Time off when needed, if requested quickly

Cons

Rude managers, rude upper management. Do not care about their employees. Was told on numerous occasions I was a great employee and they wanted to promote me, but never even made minimum wage in the months I worked there. Treated like garbage, disrespected, may as well have been a janitor for the work I did. Cleaning parking lots as 6am, cleaning diarrhea off the bathroom floors.

We had a good crew back then.

Cons

The Pressure under their guidelines leaves too much stress on the employees. No job is worth your health. They say it's based on Customer Service #1 rule, but actually the pressure they put on their employees actually hurts this.
