Pros
I belive hyvee cares about there employees, there are good opertunitys for raises and advancedment espially if you show up on time and do your job right every time your scuedulled to work. i started at minimum wage and in the span of three years have got a raise of over $2.00 an hour.
Cons
Assitant mangers will talk down to employees, in my opion anybody of assitant manager rank and higher thinks that they are way more important than they are.
