      Pros

      If you like working with the public, it's fine. Management is okay. Co-workers are excellent and fun to be around. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Don't expect any praise for your work. You are just a pee-on and an extension of the register. Communication within the departments is awful. Customers are uppity and look down on you. No chance of career growth. You are not promoted unless you are "friends" with management, whether you do a great job or not. Pay sucks, and the more you are with the company the more they cut your hours unless you are full-time. Full-time employees are treated fairly, but they don't hire very many so don't expect much.

      Great coworkers in your department and great people to surround yourself with

      Cons

      Upper management does not truly care about your safety and well being. HR won’t do anything to help you, even if someone says very hurtful bigoted comments about your religion, gender, and/or age. Upper management doesn’t look out for you or your mental health. Situations were handled poorly and victims got blamed. I would never want to work at a company who lets their employees get treated horribly at their place of work and does nothing to stop it.

      Pros

      Literally no pros to this job at all. I wouldn’t suggest my worst enemy work here.

      Cons

      Absolutely everything. Pay is trash, management is trash, compensation is trash. The 401k is a joke and they are notorious for firing people before they reach vesting status so they don’t have to comp them the full amount. The mandatory stock enrollment is predatory as all get out and the only way they can claim they are employee owned.
