At the end it became clear that the company was paying for the sins of a leadership with the worst attention span of all time. Multiple failed projects costing millions of dollars, and my friends and colleagues being escorted out of the building by security without warning. I was paid significantly less than market value for my position but I put up with it with the hope of it being worth it in the end.
