I really cannot think of any cons, this is a great company to work for. Retail is retail but they really make employees feel like they belong

put on a nice front for the customer of happy people.

only interested in looking like it is a happy place but only interested in making money and nothing else. no concern for excellence in employee performance, just bottom line in money. the worst company I have ever worked for.
