Pros
Great communication with mangers and upper management. Employee perks, discounts, and benefits. After being there for so many years I became more autonomous in my role and was given opportunities to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
Cons
Long hours standing can be hard on a person's back and feet. The occasional bad customer can be challenging to handle. Often asked to help in other departments that are paid higher wages without more compensation or being offered a raise.
