Not inclusive - especially for those with chronic illness
Pros
You can listen to your AirPods all day and there is no public to deal with.
Cons
You aren’t “allowed” to go to the bathroom for too long. Which is an OSHA violation. If you get a note from your doctor explaining a medial condition, it literally excuses nothing. Not inclusive at all. I am earning the same wage to pack prescription bottles into correct bags with paperwork as people serving you your fast food. The job isn’t difficult, but prescriptions are definitely more important than fast food. The pay should reflect that. Longtime, hard working employees come to me saying they don’t like their jobs. It’s a sad environment to be in. Understaffed every day and it’s just a non-issue apparently. Passive aggressive signs all over the department.
