Pros
My manager works with my hours really well and she is awesome and a great manager.
Cons
Unreasonable expectations, currently doing 3 jobs at my store and cant do a great job, or even a good job because I don't the hours to do everything they want me to. Cutting store hours to pay for CEO and corporates mistakes Bonuses are a joke Really the big problems are corporate trying to micromanage each store and they autoship inventory our store has to pay for and its stuff that doesn't sell at our store so it always gets marked down at a loss. If they didn't keep cutting hours and demanding more work it wouldn't be that bad but currently the company is being mismanaged.
