Pros

Met interesting people traveling. However, weren't allowed to speak to them other than take their order. Even when the place was empty.

Cons

Co workers were all very upright & cold.

Pros

Fantastic opportunity to learn if you are inexperienced. There are some great perks for travel and dining discounts.

Cons

Management in general is very young and either first time experienced or years of experience within this corporation solely. I see lots of pressure from the top roles down into a panic frenzy to micro manage and meet Maritz customer satisfaction scores. It gets to the point that they forget about you as an employee or person. Some management has been poorly trained. Many hired based on their ability to be either a pawn or a dictator. Beware of properties without Union.
