Great benefits, decent starting pay, option to explore other areas of employment within the hotel, good teamwork most of the time

Cons

Poor communication between the departments, ie; front of the house, back of the house, etc. Very infrequent praise from upper management

Cons

-Long hours, vacation was at times difficult to have approved -Pay was lower than expected -Upward movement within company is challenging without the employee being willing to move locations

Nice coworkers. You feel proud to work for the company. Plenty of opportunity for self growth within the company. Good place to get base experience. Nice pay, and good benefits.

Cons

If you don't become friends with the management staff, it will be hard to move up the ladder within that property.
