Pros

If you don't mind working a couple times per month and receiving great hotel discounts when traveling, then this place is awesome! Overall, most everyone at the hotel seems happy, not just while in front of customers, but also behind the scenes.

Cons

You can do the most incredible work, but if you want to advance you are going to have to wait for the person ahead of you to leave the company.

Pros

Great job perks such as good free cafeteria food, free and discounted hotel stays worldwide, and standard benefits for full time employees.

Cons

Very strict on appearance. Job schedule is always varying based on hotel business and events going on. You have to be available as required.
