      great people but lacking openness in communication, a fatal human flaw.

      Pros

      good brand image, good structure, training and great aspiring young people.

      Cons

      Lack of recognition, communication, information sharing, inter-departmental conflicts, middle and high management does not want to take charge, no one claims responsibility. Do not appreciate flexibility and creativity, following rules to the dot, and unable to think outside of the box. Miss match of job and skill causing a great number of staff turn over in early months of the opening.

      Great discounts and benefits on any Hyatt Hotel stay/rates Commission decent Great company culture- Hyatt brand makes you proud to work there

      New management coming in and out can be hectic Many part time employees/ seasonal employee turn over Hard to move up without college degree

      Management, upper management, lack of professionalism, its a small gang, they cover for their unethical practices, there is no resolve.
