Pros

Flexible hours. Great PTO system. Paid holidays if working in corporate.

Cons

They lied to us for a few years, stating we were the future while training a team overseas to outsource to and lay us all off without any heads up. We were not offered other positions in the company.

Pros

Easy job - often boring. Didn’t feel challenged or like I was contributing to the team.

Cons

Unorganized and very little opportunity for growth. I don’t think this job is reflective of what it’s like to work in hospitality but I had a very negative experience.

Pros

They had a really nice wellness room in the corporate building and a decent communal lunch area, but the food was overpriced.

Cons

I worked for the corporate office for only a few months. People were not friendly or welcoming. Everyone was very pretentious and uptight. People would tell on each other for being late or complain about certain people not coming into the office as much as others, despite not knowing people's personal issues or conversations with managers. It was a very toxic environment.
