A Joke

Pros

Beachside property, beautiful location. Nice colleagues.

Cons

Unprofessional. Harassment and micromanagement. Useless union. (Required to pay monthly dues.) No growth or proper training. Treat employees as if they’re disposable. Deteriorating property.

Not as promised.

Pros

Unsure due to only working there for about a month and a half. The people themselves are nice.

Cons

I was never told when I had been interviewed about the hotel industry. I had been told that I was to start at 18 an hour, but was given 16. Additionally, I was never told there would be times that I would be unable to take a break or lunch, especially due to the current staffing situation. Rather, they let me essentially starve on the first day of working by myself. Customers are entitled and will flaunt their status as Globalists, Explorists, or Discoverists, and become irate when things are out of your control due to third party sites.
