Pros

Instead of paying us more, they give a lot of free food around the year. Coworkers are generally nice. Electric car chargers out front for free, if you sign up.

Cons

Pay increases for regular/hourly/bottom rung employees grows slowly, only merit increases and not actual raises. Don't expect any promotions or any career/skill advancement. Only the people who were already in leadership/management positions see promotions. Sales and Customers make unreasonable demands on customer service. I've never seen the CEO or most of the C-suite in person. Inconsistent Work From Home days between the departments. Program for free employee facials was ended, now hardly anyone understands the treatments and products. The amount of PTO is terrible, and there is no designated Sick Time separate from that.
