Pros

There are some seriously talented, smart, and dedicated people here! The original devices and treatments were amazing and really set the bar high!

Cons

This used to be the best place to work. People were genuinely excited to be here, and there was a lot of pride in what we were building. But the Syndeo launch changed everything. The device STILL doesn’t work the way it should, and the response from leadership- saying, “It’s better than it was before”- feels like gaslighting. Of course, it’s better than before, but that doesn’t mean it’s anywhere near where it should be! The real issue for sales being down isn’t the economy, competition, or any of the excuses being made-it’s that the product isn’t where it needs to be, customers feel neglected, and employees are treated poorly. The sales team is miserable but too afraid to speak up because when they do, leadership dismisses their concerns as “one-offs” or asks for “examples” instead of actually listening. It’s exhausting and disheartening. The culture is toxic, full of fear and bullying. How are we supposed to succeed when no one feels supported? This company had so much potential, and it’s heartbreaking to see what’s happened. Fix the product, listen to employees, and stop treating feedback like it’s a threat. Otherwise, things are only going to get worse.

Pros

Cons

Worst management ever. No team work. No infrastructure. No real understanding of territories and their own market channels. Micromanagement. The most disorganised place. The promise of everything will be made to you, but the reality will be quite different. There are many lies and dishonesty, as well as a lack of integrity and respect for employees. There are people who come and go, but nobody stays for long. The management does not have an inkling as to how to operate the U.K. division, they are neither managers nor leaders.

Pros

You have to pay for your lunch or make your lunch at home and a 90 € x mas card. This years nothing.

Cons

People are just in competition all the time. There is not job evolution and it's a very sales focus brand so others don't count. As long as you bring them money... and the turnover is so big since COVID. 3 different CEO's in 3 years. Management is very poor, no one listens to you, there is no CRM nor ERP, markets are not aligned.
