Small fast growing company , great folks to work with at lower level of management.

Cons

Arrogant senior management , no real strategy and spending money on overhead like it’s going out of style . Also very high turnover due to poor culture . New ceo is an ivory tower guy completely disconnected from any reality even one level down. New leadership in IT is like robots, always preaching down in town halls and have no understanding or empathy for employees .

Met and worked with a few very intelligent and skilled people. Free food often. Hard to think of much else.

Cons

Drama, gossip and politics. Lots of decision making power with people who shouldn't have it. Lack of structure. Unrealistic work load and deadlines.
