Pros

The only pro i can think of would be getting a free facial quarterly, but even that is not great because the product is not as good as it is made out to be.

Cons

Lots of restructuring lead to a toxic work place with a lot of micro management from upper management. I have never experienced a workplace where everyone collectively talked negatively about the current status of the company and was looking for a way out any way possible. I was relieved to no longer be employed with this company.

Poor management, organization, work/life balance. Endless meetings to talk about about more meetings or the other meetings that other teams were meeting about.
