The team will often ignore you and you feel like you did something wrong , but im the only one from NYC while everyone else is from CA. Real talk some of these guys were just a bit discriminative with their behavior. Also if im in NYC and 3hrs ahead why are you calling me during my lunch time and forcing me to turn my camera on . They get offeneded and then make up some bs about you to get you fired. I literally have done so much for their experience center here in Manhattan and worked with VP's since im the only one here. The management is horrible and people in charge need go , all too sensitive . Never felt like crap until i came here and i have done many other jobs.

Toxic work environment. I believe it starts from the top and the top is where the problems are. Upper management does not know how to prioritize and align and the rest of the staff has to make up for their inability to make decisions. I had multiple managers here. My last manager was awful. They were willing to throw their entire team under just to save face. They had a lot of good experience but their personality and how they handled stress and different projects really hurt the culture of the team. The team I was on was always stressed and extremely overworked. I had a manager tell me they expected me to be working on “urgent” materials late into the day. Very bad work life balance. Had a bad experience with coworkers as well who were not honest, took credit for others work, and were overall bullies. Company hired too many new people and were not able to train. There is very little support when you are onboarded.
