      Pros

      Growth at a rocket ship pace! I have seen so much career growth for myself and others........new and exciting things happen everyday at Hydrafacial!!!!! Yes....you will work hard and they expect your dedication and passion but who doesn’t ask this of you as an employee? The hard work I have put in shows everyday and I have had lots of growth and expansion in my career who could ask for anything more!

      Cons

      If you are not 100% dedicated and passionate then Hydrafacial is not for you....innovation and technology are also required in other words Go Getters required not an option to be on the fence about things or have little to no organization/multi-tasking skills.

      Pros

      Amazing culture! It feels like you're just at home and everyone's family. Nice office's, stocked kitchen for coffee and tea. Great events such as coconut water day (someone came just to cut open a fresh coconut for you, pretty awesome), fun quarterly all hands meeting, free facials, and so much more. Everyone that works there is amazing, and overall it's a great work environment.

      Cons

      How can there be any cons for such an amazing place? Well, of course there's cons. Upper management isn't really looking out for everyone else. Not much growth opportunity either; the company is growing like crazy, and they prefer to hire from the outside rather than promote within. Also, with all the rapid growth it's a bit messy so they make it seem like if they hire someone with years of experience all their problems will go away. There's so many Pros to this company, but also so many Cons at the same time.
