      Pros

      Treatments are very well known in the industry. Easy to sell when you believe in the products you sell. Management is always looking for ways to improve all areas of business. New CEO is terrific and listens to employees, is engaged with the people in the "trenches" and truly appreciates employees at all levels.

      Cons

      Not a con, company is in a Hyper growth mode and just like any company growing rapidly there bumps along the way but the goal outweighs the bumps

      Very results oriented. Deliver and add value, and you will be recognized. Can do more than your job scope if you are ambitious. Flexible working hours and hybrid working models in play here. Friendly team who is committed to the brand.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Timelines are aggressive and the work is stressful but management is seeing this and adjusting.
