Company genuinely cares about their employees - great work/life balance Transparent and open about the latest movements/business decisions being made and how it will affect the employees Great people and managers Management is always open to new ideas

Cons

Not necessarily a "Con" but something worth mentioning... It's a very fast-paced and evolving environment so if that is something you're not used to or care for, then this company isn't for you. When they mention fast-paced - they really mean it.
