Fantastic HR department, solid benefits, fair pay, career opportunities outside of what originally hired for, exceptional leadership, and over provided me with total employee satisfaction.

Cons

I was furloughed during covid and I wished they would have discussed an opportunity that allowed me to work part-time or lowered my salary until I could be hired back full-time

Customer care is bottom tier and wears so many hats with not much recognition.

Management has very little regard for employees. Half the people on the floor are temps. The turnover rate is insane. No work life balance. Horrible place to work
