      Most coworkers were easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Hired through agency that was supposed to last 3 month probationary, yet lasted much longer. Training was no thorough and expectations were high.

      Cons

      Worst management ever. No team work. No infrastructure. No real understanding of territories and their own market channels. Micromanagement. The most disorganised place. The promise of everything will be made to you, but the reality will be quite different. There are many lies and dishonesty, as well as a lack of integrity and respect for employees. There are people who come and go, but nobody stays for long. The management does not have an inkling as to how to operate the U.K. division, they are neither managers nor leaders.
