      It's an awesome company to gain experience. If you work hard, you can improve your skills

      Cons

      Current leadership seems to have lost its vision. Almost no support for employees. If leadership decides to get involved, a lot of micro-managing happens.

      Pros

      - Environment is inviting and fun! Everyone is very friendly and there is always an event going on. - High level of transparency from leaders at all levels of the organization! - Innovative/fast paced environment. There is always so much to do and you will walk away at the end of the day feeling you've contributed so much- because you have. - Lots of opportunity for movement and growth. - Do an amazing job with educating/training employees on the industry/company initiatives.

      Cons

      - If you do not enjoy or work well in a fast paced environment - the workload can be a bit much for you. This environment is truly fast paced. - May not be the best environment when trying to learn a completely new skill/trade due to the fast pace. But if you have the basic skills for the job role and are up for a challenge with the pace, you will do great here!
