Good retirement plan if you can last that long

Cons

Poorly managed, think sales people are a dime a dozen, middle management shifts constantly and a very inexperienced. Call sales bonuses "discretionary" (even though they are part of your stated compensation plan) and will absolutely not pay you what you are owed.
