It’s a paycheck, not much but it’s something

Cons

-Have to be friends with management to advance -Get to hear all about raises and bonuses but never receive any of it - Get micromanaged with anything you do -Little to no communication -No recognition for well performing employees -Management is shady -Projects are bid ridiculously low as to undercut competitors and field crew are expected to make up for this with no extra compensation to make the production they ask for -Have to drive for an hour for free one way with no pay before being allowed to clock in -Ran by investors who constantly change the work environment and for the worst

A very small few dedicated field staff.

Cons

The most toxic, back-stabbing workplace I have ever experienced or witnessed. Private equity-fueled greed run amock. Former owners are liars and frauds. They rode the backs of key employees, then abandoned them prior to the last sale. It's an absolute fire sale now because of decisions that were made 3 years ago. I'm sure IGP has buyer's remorse, but that's what you get when you don't do your due diligence. This was a classic PE bait-and-switch.
