As the company expands management positions are filled with employees trying to justify that position and will micromanage whenever they can. Lack of trust in field tech training and my way or no way mentality from upper management is glaring. Travel keeps employees away from their family and home and doesn't fairly compensate them for the travel especially to states with prevailing wages or higher cost of living, resulting in employees with the same position making drastically different pay. We were encouraged to not discuss our salaries with other employees. As long as you are willing to show up early and go home late you're a star employee but if you find yourself needing to be a present spouse, parent, etc. you are deemed unfit for duty and they will do everything to make you quit.
