Pretty much all are cons but the “boys club” in Louisville management was terrible. No training. Bad interviews.

Cons

When you inspect gas meters in residential areas, people will always look at you suspiciously. Some will confront you. Others will pull guns on you. You also need to deal with peoples dogs. Several on my team have been bit.
