      Solid Company and Great People

      Pros

      The company is growing at an extreme rate which is providing a lot of new opportunities for current and future employees. From the top down it's evident that they care about their people which means a lot these days. No company is perfect including this one but they are trying.

      Cons

      Rapid growth doesn't come without growing pains. Some decisions that come from the top doesn't always seem to be well thought out.

      Pros

      The Louisville office is a nice place to work. There is generally a relaxed and positive environment. Coworkers are pleasant and there are no office politics or games. The employees interact well together and often set up gatherings outside of the office. The management cares about the employees on a personal level. The work is challenging but there is support and plenty of opportunity to improve the processes that are used for data analysis/management. The company has grown a great deal in the last few years and there is room to move up the corporate ladder.

      Cons

      Much of the data processing is still brute-force and there is a long development queue. There isn't enough communication about resource allocation for project needs, oftentimes we're trying to put out fires as they occur. Clients get away with too much scope creep and nonstandard process requests. The open office floor plan has been proven time and again to be the least efficient. Pay or benefits could be a little better, Louisville is much more expensive than surrounding areas.

      Pros

      The organization is growing at a staggering rate, which is providing numerous opportunities for advancement for internal staff. The company is pushing technology development that is positioning itself to lead the industry in all of the sectors it works within. The leadership group, while managing the challenge of a rapidly growing organization, has retained their core principals of employee focus and empowerment.

      Cons

      An organization growing at this rate is subject to not having all of the "processes" or people in place at times. This can require flexibility on the part of all the staff while the administrative group works to keep up with the growth.
