Pros

Challenging. Everyone I work with is very pleasant. Making your own hours is nice. No dress code is also nice.

Cons

Unfair pay. No visible pay bands. People in the same position can be paid vastly different. Either way the pay is about 60-70% of what the market rate is.

Really a unique place to work, there's little Micromanaging, because everyone seems to be in a position they enjoy doing.

Cons

Inflexible when it comes to sudden changes in schedule, though it was indicated things were ok and being worked with, out of nowhere there was a major conflict, and I was unable to do anything about my schedule and that was that.

Great place to work, good culture, supports remote work (work from home), lots of great facilities on site. They give you everything that you need in order to get your job done.

Cons

Haven't found anything after 6 months that I do not like about working a Hyland.
