Pros

They have good medical benefits. I also liked the Monday Morning Meeting, and the various health challenges and events they had for employees.

Cons

There is a strong feeling of clique-type behavior among lower management that is very hard to overcome. The company will expect you to give everything you have, but will treat you with no equal courtesy. I moved to Ohio with no relocation assistance and began looking for a house. My lead didn't like it if I had to leave early on a few days for that, though I always made sure to complete my work and make up any missed time as well. Once I bought my house, I put even more effort into being the kind of worker they expected of me by coming in early and staying late every day. It was made very clear to me that no matter what I did, it would never please my lead, and my manager blindly accepted anything my lead said. I tried to go to HR to resolve the issue, but after that, it was only a matter of time before they found the first reason they could to fire me. I have never worked for a company that treated me so poorly while working for them, expected so much of me in return, and fired me in the most unprofessional way they could.

Pros

There are no pros unless you consider free soda a pro. Keep in mind that you'll be paid 35% less than market average for the "free" soda, though.

Cons

If you ever oppose upper management, you'll be blacklisted and you will be out of a job faster than your mind can process the idea. If you dare to not drink the company Kool-aid, you'll be fired. If you are looking to work a bunch of overtime, be overwhelmed with work, be treated like a mindless drone, all while not being appreciated, you may enjoy working here. Management will also lie to the HR department if they want an employee gone. It's really sad.

Pros

Allow for a balance between work and life as a single mama working full time. I work o an amazing team and we have great communication and support.

Cons

Transparency into what is happening with the company has really seemed to just disappeared. Was nice feeling like upper management actually wanted us to be in the knob.
