- Good Culture - People are nice - Manager is really genuine and helping - Good exposure to Microsoft frameworks, coding and design standards

Cons

- Salary is much lower than Industry standards. Believe me I used to earn similar salary in my Internship tenure. - No investment in R&D. - Do not File Green card for International employees in EB2 category.

There are so many. Work is not my life. I enjoy going into the office. I'm no micromanaged. I'm acknowledged for my hard work. By managers actually care -- about me and my work.

Cons

The pay isn't as competitive as others; however, I find that the culture makes up for it.
