      Pros

      People - the majority of my coworkers are driven and motivated to get things done - on time, overtime and right. It's reassuring to know you are in common and good company.

      Cons

      There is some creeping bureaucracy in this growing and expanding company. Some of the middle leadership are not leading but blindly following orders that may ultimately lead to employee and/or customer dissatisfaction. A small few of the upper leadership are driving portions of the ship without foresight or background into what they are changing.

      Great Learning Experience, but plateau was reached and the company changed after the buyout.

      Pros

      Exciting, growing company with a solid product. Hard working, talented, and pleasant staff for the most part.

      Cons

      Very political. Rewards lacking for producers, accountability not present for underachievers in many cases. Middle management with rigid, complacent, and interpersonal and leadership qualities lacking. Below market pay. Slowly losing the culture that attracted talent in years past.
