Pros

Great team and everyone in support is awesome to work with. Good amount of PTO and paid holidays.

Cons

Lower pay than our counterparts, no work from home opportunities. Not much room for advancement once you reach the A4 position unless you wait 3 more years. Support also is at the bottom of the totem pole in terms of what other privileges the other departments have.

Pros

Great culture, great environment with really good benefits and new leadership that is making the company better.

Cons

A lot of change recently and if an employee does not like change it might too much to go through.

Pros

Depending on what area you work in and who and how it's managed, the environment can be positive or negative.

Cons

Urgency is the pace being enforced and standardized throughout the company. This is understandable given the magnitude of changes that are taking place to revitalize the company with a limited number of resources. However, this mandate does not couple well with a new unlimited pto plan that some can't even take advantage of. The work demands and expectations have far exceeded industry pay standards for awhile. Now add the inability to take time off due to demands that are so high you can't afford to take a day as it will take longer to catch up. This will ultimately just result in burn out and low quality work. Examples: most of the day to day and week spent in meetings, no ability to take lunch, working after regular hours/weekends consistently. There isn't a separation between work and life anymore it seems.
