      Pros

      I must say that I enjoy going into work! A company that is always looking for ways to recognize their employees. Great employee perks - employee recognition program, on-site gym- benefits - events.. Friendly staff, from employees to higher management. Flexible schedules and no micromanaging. I’m glad to have made this move!

      Pros

      Since starting at Hypertec during a pandemic, I have experienced an excellent work-life balance. The management team really seems to care about their employees. The day-to-day responsibilities as a Production Planner require me to work with many departments within the company and I appreciate the overall company atmosphere.
