Inconsistent dedication to Arizona. They are a Canadian based company, that frowns on U.S. workers. This is communicated in several ways on a daily bases. You will hear frequently how the Canadian HQ is far better than any U.S. facility. They often limit the Arizona processes in favor of what the Canadian operation favors. What you hear in interviews is often different than what actually happens. This is complicated by outdated systems and processes. 99% of the employees complain about managements broken promises, deceit, and out right lies.
