Pros

I work here, and it's not as bad as the reviews make it out to be. Probably 4 1/2 stars. The people are great, my manager is great, and it seems like the company does care about employees. It's not perfect, but what company is? I like it here. We're moving to a brand new office soon I heard. That will be nice.

Cons

There is some truth to the negative reviews: executives are mostly absent, especially the CEO. Communication from some of them needs to be improved

- good benefits - nice people - fruit. Drinks on fridays - social events

Cons

This company has gone through many changes. There are some really good people who care about the business. However the vast majority of the upper level management do not care about anything but the revenue. Understandable, But people are their most valuable asset and they don’t get that. The sentiment all over is that they are being taken advantage of and overworked. Different departments work based on their own priorities without considering the fact that the company is one and everything affects everyone. Stress levels are at an all time high but C suite doesn’t care. Important decisions taken without much thought or consideration of their employees
