Pros

Cool events such ski trip in winter and BBQ in summer The company is growing fast Casual dress code, sandals and shorts in summer are allowed

Cons

Priorities shifting weekly Poor communication between departments Bad work-life balance, many employees leaving due to long extra unpaid hours Downtown office is too small and stinks. Office location is also bad, often there's vomit in the front door or homeless people blocking the entrance

Pros

Decent salary, friendly team members and good work & life balance most of the time. Nice perks and fun environment with some very smart people to learn from who know their stuff. Business is growing and the projects and work keep me interested.

Cons

Extra work hours sometimes but not much else. Company has really improved over the past year or so. Seems like most of the negative people have left.

Pros

I like the freedom and flexibility that this workplace fosters. Refreshments (fruits and beverages) are readily available. Employees are given the opportunity to really demonstrate their skills and are given multiple fair chances to succeed and excel in their roles. If OT is necessary, OT is accurately and fairly offered and provided. Breaks and lunches are also encouraged to be taken (as they should be). The workplace also promotes a very healthy work/life balance. There are many fun "outside work" activities that are planned and organized.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any Cons at this point in time. No one is ever "forced" to stay behind to finish work.
