      Some benefits are good and coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Bad management, the level of supervision they do to employees is unhealthy as it makes their employees feel guilty. No growth opportunities, they prefer to hire external people, without knowledge.

      Lots of competitiveness Favouritism, if you were friends of a manager/supervisor you would get OT and higher bonuses
