Great culture, super interesting product

Pros

Great culture, some people have been in the company for 10+ years, offices are in three great locations (SF, Austin, Vancouver) and the product is extremely relevant to sharing economy companies and online marketplaces. The company is still small and people are very friendly.

Cons

On the sales side, travel is required. The company is growing fast, so sometimes it is difficult to navigate the complexity for a new employee.

Pros

Innovative product and solutions. Interesting work. Amazing people which has helped maintain a decent culture. Working at a company that is in growth mode is exciting. Changes are being made for the better. There is a lot of optimism with most teams. Training is good and management supports learning on the job.

Cons

Lots of changes which has caused good employees to leave. Things seem to be turning around with more emphasis on employees and re-building a great culture. Need to bring everyone in Vancouver under one roof!!!

So much potential, great people, fun events, high learning environment, compensation and benefits seem to be slightly above market rate, product seems to have good market fit but no concentrated effort to make it fit.

Cons

Many other reviews have said the same thing but management has no control over where the company is going. Zero communication and fake promises about bettered communication with no follow up. President is indeed a bully and rules through fear rather than leadership. New CEO is disconnected from all offices as he has built himself an ivory tower in Austin.
