Pros

Good Salary and benefits, Food and Perk, outdoor activities

Cons

Hiring and (quick) Firing, no wonder they keep hiring. Management cares about publicity, the rest are just objects. Great if you can stay 1-2 Years, or get fired nicely........ No training at ALL, they expect you to be smart already.

Pros

Vacation banked time, if you work overtime you can bank as many hours as you want and take it as vacation. Some people take up tp 40 days of vacation. Great people Nice events by social committee Beer keg and wine kegs on fridays

Cons

Management is bad. They only promote people based on favoritism. Manager can't even say hello to you. It seems like you don't exist. Work is not recognized individually. Some team leads are useless. They are there only because they are friends with a manager, but won't help you. Micromanagement !!! Pay !

Pros

Company is doing well, but that's pretty much it unfortunately. Which isn't even enough for Glassdoor's 20 word requirement, lol

Cons

Everything else. For starters, the bulk of the work is done in Vancouver, and we're paid in CAD, so we essentially get paid less than our US colleagues, who get paid more anyway because, well, they're in the US. Top management is all talk. Hardly any perks apart from free snacks and coffee. No training for new employees! Promotions happen to those who are yes-people. Remote working is discouraged. Seriously, in 2016?! Product managers are technically inept yet own all development projects!! Raises are minimal and bonuses are tiny
