+international community (15 countries in 20 people team) +purely english speaking role in Germany is rare +nice company events +competitive number of days off policy +highly flexible work (excluding home office policy)

Cons

-not developing job, even de-learning -very old SAP system developed but underskilled developers, only Koreans which is highly intolerant -injustice annual bonus & promotion policy (not worth being better and give more) -non-competitive salary -nonflexible home office policy

None - has zero experience as a technology company. It's basically tech support that orders laptops and installs office products

Would rather hire an unqualified candidate just to save a few dollars which puts more burden on other team members causing them to quit.
