Horrible management Worked there for a few months, but couldn't stand the toxicity of upper management The work culture feels very much like divide and conquer Upper management made colleagues evaluate each other's work and in one occasion would interrogate team members to ensure your evaluation was in line with everyone's. I always felt like the director never trusted people and would always put people from the team against each other. No proper training was ever done and in fact as soon as I got onboarded my manager resigned a month later. As a result our entire team started reporting to the director who had a a toxic but yet professional personality. If I could I would give negative rating stars.

1. They won't value your work rather they focus on ur attendance and other stuff. 2. For sure have to bend infront of managers and lick there boots. 3. Have to do as they say and laugh at their jokes else u will be threatened. 4. Hire and fire policy at its best. 5. U will always get threatens that u will removed if u don't do this or that.
