Excellent benefits. High quality insurance at low employee cost. Beautiful building with amenities like gym, fitness classes, cafeteria. Great colleagues.

Cons

Tons of bureacracy-everything is dependent on Korean HQ's word, despite a completely different business model in the US than in Korea. Poor management who is beholden to HQ. CEO micromanages management team with daily meetings on the minutiae of the business. Development of new products is slow and mismanaged. The only customers are the 2 OE's, who have no choice but to buy from us. Lack of competition hinders innovation and desire to improve. Systems are terribly outdated and proprietary. Full of bugs. Bonuses are not competitive with the market. Little room for growth, especially for females or non-Koreans. Low employee morale due to lack of recognition from management as well as a culture of complacency.
