- Good pay - Decent medical benefits and costs - Hybrid work schedule

Cons

- Live to work ethic - Understaffed - No cross training - Good work is rewarded with more work - No room for growth - Be ready to have management drop critical items on you last minute. Especially at the end of day. And it's due that day or tomorrow before end of day.

Pros

Work from home is an option. The managers themselves are mostly pretty chill and not over stepping. Good benefits (healthcare, legal protection, life insurance) Matches half of 401k up to 5% (so 2.5% max). Not particularly high, but still. Opportunities for business trips if you like travelling. Mostly LA, Korea, and Brazil. Very occasionally Georgia and Toronto. Overtime pay is allowed in a limited way.

Cons

Management structure is based off of getting approval from Korean HQ. Promotion recommendations and yearly raise evaluations are done by your managers, but they must be approved by Korean HQ. Korea HQ also places limits on how many promotions each department gets (usually 1 or 2 yearly per department). Training is done poorly and it takes at least a month to get set up fully because Korea HQ has to give you access rights to their portal sites. Not recommended if you are looking for an entry level job. High turnover. Your department may be understaffed. Windows devices heavily slowed down by company security software. VPN is very slow when working from home.

Mobis pays weekly, and most of the time you check is correct.

Cons

Mobis is run like a prison. Mgmt is all about favoritism. It’s who you know or… HR turns a blind eye to major issues on the plant floor, and treats workers as if they are beneath them while allowing retaliation from supervisors.
