Pros

This company will grow more definitely. So if you are interested in automobile company and establish something or contribute on project, this company will provide a good opportunity.

Cons

Because Americanization(?) is not done yet, but it's still on the way, you will encounter some problems of culture difference or communication. But again, resolving those problems will help you to make yourself better one.

Pros

A guarantee paycheck every 2 weeks, a yearly bonus and cost of living merit increase.

Cons

Most of the executives are Koreans, they are cheap and expect you to do everything. All budget has to be approve by CEO in Korea. Most executives don't know anything about cars or customer service. All they want is your report to send back to Korea. There's no room for growth and yearly merit increase of 3% is a slap in the face. For a company that profit 1 billion dollar worldwide, they could pay their employee better. Good place for a stepping stone, but don't stay to long. Would rather work at Hyundai or Kia, they have room for growth and pays well.

Alot of room for process improvements.

Cons

They have alot of "ole school" folks working there. These people do not welcome ideas and new ways of doing things and this is a BIG hinderance for the company to do better. Management just wants to get the job done, and is not necessarily trying to work efficiently.
