Lack luster vacation policy. Salaried employees are not compensated for OT yet required to deduct a few hours off. Discrimination. Hostile working environment from management, poor communication skills and lack of leadership. Low pay based in the market

Over managed by Korean headquarters. Too much time spent reporting back to HQ. Dysfunctional management direction. Reactionary environment with priorities changing daily. CEO micromanages management team.

Unrealistic Management of people within their organization. If you are a Human Resource Manager, well then there is absolutely no reason you can't be a plant manager. Unreal placement of people outside of their talent realms.
