Pros

Ability to learn Fun group of Engineers to keep sanity.

Cons

Oppressive IT and HR Policies. Inhuman levels of trust and micromanagement of time and information policies. (Not an exaggeration, expect your shiny "new" 4 year old work laptop to be unusable due to IT encryption and monitoring software) Zero flexibility for salaried employees regardless of performance. Expect to clock-in and out and have them email you when you run 5 minutes late periodically. Every door has a ID scanner. Clueless management that is more about appearances then deliverables. Company will short your paycheck on the way out. With poor explanation.

None, if you're a talented individual who aspires to grow and gain new skills this is not the place for you.

Cons

Talent/Management - Mobis will hire any warm body off of the street because of their need to constantly fill vacant positions. Although all teams have their downfalls Operations (PDC Ops), Logistics/Transportation, and Supply have the worse managers. Turnover: Within the last month (Aug - Sep 2019) Mobis has lost over 15 employees including several managers and supervisors at Mobis HQ North America. The warehouses located Nationally have an even worse turnover rate. Culture: it's a demoralizing culture especially for Korean Americans. Work until you're dead and then you're replaced. Work life balance - once you become valuable to the organization you will be asked to work lots of unscheduled overtime. Systems - Mobis is in the dark ages when it comes to data visualization, query languages, and ERP systems. With a total lack of support you are still expected to produce produce produce. PTO/Vacation Policy: 1- Week of Vacation (Accumulated)

Pros

NONE. This is the worst place to work and I would stay away.

Cons

Management, Sr. leadership and HR are scared or the Korean leadership. The Korean leadership walk around like they have all of the power and harass all of the local/American work force. There is no work life balance and they lie to get recruits to work from them.
